Occupying an ideal position just 4 doors away from Blackpool Promenade, within easy reach of tram stops, shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, amusements arcades, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld, the beach and all amenities.
Your resident proprietors will make every effort to ensure your comfort and happiness throughout your stay. Our only aim is your satisfaction.

Our holiday apartments cater for couples and families only, and are the perfect way for you to spend your holiday. Complete freedom and flexibility are yours for the duration of your stay. You will have your own front door and flat key thereby allowing you to come and go as you please.
The flats are designed for your 'Home Comforts' having the benefit of full size electric cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, hot water, toasters, colour TV, electric fires and fitted carpets. (Electric by meter).
All beds have duvets, sheets, pillows and pillow slips. Guests are requested to provide their own towels and tea-towels. An ironing board, iron and cots are available on request.

Full fire regulations are in force throughout the building.
There is a private car park at the rear of the premises and, although we take every care to protect your car and contents, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for them.

Waverley House also offers a licensed bar stocked with beer, spirits & soft drinks to cater for all. There is also a public telephone available for use. Regular repeat bookings from Satisfied customers illustrate the good value and excellent location of Waverley House and early booking is recommended.

- Flat 3 - 2 Persons - Spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower. Colour TV, leather suite, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, and kettle. This flat does not have cooking facilities.
- Flat 4 - 4 Persons - Lounge with leather suite, colour TV, double wall bed. 1 bedroom with twin beds. Separate kitchen and separate bathroom with shower.
- First Floor
- Flat 5 - 4 Persons - Lounge with 3 piece suite, colour TV, double wall bed. 1 bedroom with bunk-beds and separate bathroom with shower.
- Flat 6 - 2 Persons - Spacious one roomed flat-let with open plan kitchen/lounge with leather suite and colour TV. Separate bathroom with shower.
- Flat 7 - 4 Persons - Front facing with bay window and sea view. Open plan kitchen/lounge area with double bed, leather suite and colour TV. Separate double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
- Second Floor
- Flat 8 - 6 Persons - Consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 room with bunk-beds). Lounge with colour TV, double wall bed and 3 piece suite. Separate kitchen and bathroom with shower.
